Job summary

The Church on Oxford Hill is seeking a visionary Lead Pastor to shepherd the congregation, preach sound doctrine, and equip the saints for ministry. Reporting to the Church Board and working with the Lead Team, you will provide spiritual and administrative leadership to advance the church’s mission, vision, and outreach in White Rock and beyond.

Working alongside a dedicated Lead Team and accountable to the Church Board, the Lead Pastor will provide spiritual and administrative leadership to advance the church’s mission, vision, and outreach in White Rock and beyond.
