Job summary

WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is seeking a Jobsite Manager to lead fast-paced painting crews at local sites in Canada. Full-time position with hands-on leadership, a strong focus on speed and quality, and opportunities to mentor others.

Starting at $25+ CAD per hour, depending on experience, with world-class training and potential for ownership paths within a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional painting experience.
• Valid license with a clean driving record.
• Valid SIN number.
• Exceptional customer service and communication.
• Ability to train and instruct other team members.
• Ability to work within budgets.
• Positive attitude.
• Willing to work a few Saturdays per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site painting teams and ensure quality.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members.
• Maintain budgets and timelines for projects.
• Represent the company professionally to clients.
