Job summary

Specsavers Bracebridge is seeking a Lead Optometrist to assume clinical leadership, with the flexibility to grow your practice your way. Start with one day per week and expand, while building and leading your team in a clinic within Specsavers Bracebridge.

You will provide high-quality eye care with full clinical autonomy and explore pathways toward ownership, supported by advanced diagnostic equipment and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Registered optometrist in Ontario with licensing in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a clinic.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and patient-centred care.

Establish your clinic

This independent clinic is located within Specsavers in Bracebridge. Located within Your Independent Grocer on Wellington Street, the Specsavers location benefits from consistent foot traffic throughout the week.

This clinic operates in a fully fitted, professionally designed space with one exam room and pre-test room.

The Specsavers retail store is supported by an experienced retail team. Our trained eyecare consultants welcome your patients and guide them through pre-testing, helping to provide a seamless patient experience.
