Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in eCommerce merchandising or related field, including two years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in financial/data modeling.
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Online Product Launch process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of product listings.
• Lead implementation of merchandising strategies to feature key products and drive conversion.
• Coach and manage the site merchandising team, overseeing day-to-day prioritization.
