Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience developing carrier-grade Network Management Systems (NMS), EMS, or network automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of NMS architecture, design principles, and interoperable network management systems.
• Experience with NETCONF/RESTCONF, gRPC/gNMI, gNOI, YANG, UML.
• Experience designing automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Network Management System (NMS) applications.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for managing network resources, services, alarms, and performance.
• Develop and maintain YANG data models for network configuration and management.
• Evaluate, integrate, and collaborate with third-party NMS vendors and technology partners.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks supporting CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration, implementation, and network issues.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture specifications, and design artifacts.
• Define and implement security best practices to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Contribute to system architecture, interface definitions, and operational concepts (CONOPS).
• Work closely with software, systems, and operations teams to ensure seamless platform integration.
• Identify opportunities to improve overall network architecture, performance, reliability, and automation.
• Participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies and contribute to successful release planning and execution.
