Job summary

Eclipse Automation is seeking a Mechanical Production Project Lead to oversee mechanical fabrication of projects at our Cambridge, ON site. You will coordinate design and manufacturing activities, ensuring quality, safety and budget alignment while guiding a skilled team.

Ideal candidates bring a Millwright qualification, hands-on CAD experience (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and strong leadership to drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced automation environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certificate of Qualification for a Millwright, Tool & Die Maker, or Machine Tool Builder and Integrator.
• Intermediate experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; familiar with MS Office.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical controls is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mechanical manufacturing of projects.
• Ensure project milestones, budget and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet Eclipse standards.
