Job Description Summary

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Gérer la planification stratégique, les processus et systèmes liés aux matériaux, ainsi que préparer et mettre à jour les calendriers de production et les besoins d'achat. Assurer l'alignement opérationnel avec le plan de production et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Optimiser les stocks et mener des améliorations de processus. Comprend la responsabilité directe de la gestion du personnel, y compris le recrutement et le développement des performances. Mobilise une connaissance approfondie d'une discipline technique, ainsi qu'un esprit analytique et une expérience technique pour exécuter la politique et la stratégie. Possède une connaissance des meilleures pratiques et de la manière dont son domaine s'intègre aux autres ; a conscience de la concurrence et des facteurs qui la différencie sur le marché. Fait preuve d'un certain jugement et d'une capacité à proposer différentes solutions en dehors des paramètres établis pour traiter des processus de fabrication plus complexes présentant une variété technique et/ou des cycles de production interdépendants. S'appuie sur une expérience technique et un esprit analytique. Utilise de multiples sources internes et un nombre limité de sources externes à ses propres équipes pour prendre des décisions. Sert de personne-ressource pour les collègues ayant moins d'expérience. Peut diriger de petits projets présentant de faibles risques et de faibles besoins en ressources. Explique les informations ; développe ses compétences pour amener les membres de l'équipe à un consensus sur des sujets relevant de son domaine. Communique les attributions de performance et peut gérer des questions délicates.

Qualifications requises

Pour les postes situés en dehors des États-Unis : Ce poste exige une expérience approfondie dans la planification et l'exécution de la fabrication et de la gestion des matériaux. Le niveau de connaissances est comparable à celui d'une licence (Bachelor's degree) d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité (ou d'un diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience pertinente). Pour les postes situés aux États-Unis : Licence (Bachelor's degree) d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité (ou diplôme d'études secondaires / GED avec au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans le ou les groupes/fonctions de la famille de métiers).

Profil recherché Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite. Capacité démontrée à analyser et à résoudre des problèmes. Aptitude à documenter, planifier, promouvoir et exécuter des programmes. Compétences avérées en gestion de projet.

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))

Bilingual Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
