Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with residential framing.
• Experience leading a team of people.
• Proficient in ensuring onsite framing meets Alberta Residential Building Codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/finish pre-built wall and floor structures.
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber.
• Install exterior windows and doors.
• Provide on the job training & mentorship to other employees.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
