Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with residential framing.
- Experience leading a team of people.
- Proficient in ensuring onsite framing meets Alberta Residential Building Codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and work orders.
Responsibilities
- Assemble/finish pre-built wall and floor structures.
- Measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber.
- Install exterior windows and doors.
- Provide on the job training & mentorship to other employees.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
