The Opportunity

As the HRIS Lead you will be the supreme UKG Super-Admin, architecting the technical framework that powers our entire organization. You will transform HR and Payroll operations by driving critical system enhancements, mastering complex integrations, and ensuring impeccable security and compliance. Ultimately you will turn raw data into strategic insight, delivering the advanced analytical reporting that shapes our leadership's future decisions.

Your Daily Adventures
  • Be the UKG Super-Admin: Own the entire technical environment, from configuration to data structure and governance.
  • Architect Security & Compliance: Design and audit the system's security framework, managing all user permissions and access.
  • Master Complex Integrations: Lead troubleshooting and optimization for data exchange between UKG and critical platforms (Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
  • Drive Strategic Analytics: Develop advanced reports and dashboards that turn HRIS data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Optimize & Improve: Collaborate with teams to design new system workflows that drastically boost operational efficiency.
  • Lead & Coach: Provide technical oversight and development guidance to the HRIS Specialist team.
  • Shape the Future: Partner with leadership to assess capabilities, plan module rollouts, and set the long-term HRIS strategy.
Your Toolkit
  • Strong UKG experience
  • Project Management: Strong coordination skills to manage timelines, communicate clearly, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Technical Reporting Expertise: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, BI Reporting, and UKG Dashboard creation. Familiarity with platforms like Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
  • System Integration: Proven ability to design, implement, and manage complex system integrations (API knowledge preferred).
  • HR Process Acumen: Deep understanding of HR processes, including payroll and benefits.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to create custom reports and deliver actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
