Job summary

A healthcare service provider is seeking a Program Supervisor for its Home Support program in Sarnia, Ontario. The Supervisor will lead front-line staff in delivering safe and effective client care while supervising the performance of program staff. Candidates should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a background in community and health-based care. A post-secondary diploma in a related field and First Aid or CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in community and health-based care.
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience supervising staff.
• First Aid or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support program staff, ensuring effective performance.
• Organize planning of work activities and staff responsibilities.
• Conduct new client intakes and inter RAI assessments.
