The Lead Financial Reporting will be a key team member within the Reporting and Compliance team supporting the Cambridge Life Sciences Systems business (> $500M revenue). This role combines technical accounting expertise with strong execution, with primary responsibility for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
The Lead will own the month-end close and reporting processes, ensure financial integrity and compliance with IFRS and SOX, and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making. This role will partner closely with business leaders, Corporate Finance, and auditors, while driving process improvements and strengthening the control environment.
The role reports into the Manager Financial reporting & compliance and be based out of Cambridge.
