Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of prior hydroelectric generator experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydroelectric plant systems and structures.
• Minimum of 5 years in mechanical installation of shaft lines, turbines or generators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS compliance, evaluate tasks for hazards and confirm controls.
• Lead and direct various labor teams in planning and executing daily activities.
• Review and validate test results, and support resolution of technical non-conformances.
