The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. The Greenhouse Facilitator will work closely with the Market Lead and local account teams to design and deliver signature Greenhouse experiences to our clients. This includes designing and delivering facilitated, interactive experiences to guide client executives and their teams through strategic conversations around messy, multi-faceted challenges, helping them achieve breakthrough insights.

The Greenhouse Experience Program accelerates change through strategic facilitation and experiential engagement. The team co-creates interactive experiences to generate momentum, build vibrant teams and accelerate decision making.
