Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with business process modeling and system documentation.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
• Experience implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (LN CloudSuite).
• Experience with LN10.7 and LN CloudSuite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced production planning strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Analyze capacity, material availability, and resource constraints to create accurate production schedules.
• Provide training and support to end‑users on LN functionalities and best practices.
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend LN‑based solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and system utilization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth LN integration with other enterprise applications.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across planning and manufacturing modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements and user stories.
• Create and maintain functional specifications and related system documentation.
• Conduct system testing, including developing test plans and test cases.
