Job summary

ExtentCom is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to contribute to complete embedded software development cycles for advanced wireless communication systems. The role requires self-motivation and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation from requirements to deployment.

Ideal candidates have strong C/C++ skills, RTOS knowledge, and experience with Ethernet/TCP/IP networks.

Qualifications

• C/C++ programming experience.
• Good understanding of RTOS principles.
• Strong knowledge in data communication and network protocols, especially Ethernet and TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software for embedded modules and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.
• Participate in design and code review.
• Document designs and support software QA.
