Job summary

Long View, a North America–based IT provider, seeks a Principal Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to lead design, implementation, and delivery of CE solutions for clients. Based in Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver, you will collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure scalable, secure outcomes.

You will lead workshops, manage end-to-end delivery, mentor consultants, and drive best practices across projects, with a focus on client value and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Extensive experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Strong project management with a track record of success
• Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions based on client requirements
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clients
• Oversee the development of technical specifications and solution documentation
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects
• Develop and maintain project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress and adherence to project plans and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders
• Conduct workshops to gather and validate business requirements
• Provide regular project updates to clients
• Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 CE consultants, developers and testers
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
• Ensure training and knowledge transfer for clients and team
