We are hiring a Lead Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to help lead medical operations and build excellence across the clinic’s care team. This role will be responsible for ensuring doctor growth and for adhering to gold standards of care for our pet patients. Reporting into the Head of Veterinary Medicine, the leader in this role will have expertise in developing exceptional veterinary teams and implementing processes with efficiency, as well as excellent team building and communication skills while thriving in a cross-functional environment.

The role of Lead DVM at Juno may require evening and weekend work, managing direct reports as well as working closely with the team Leads working with members who may be experiencing emotional distress and/or frustration, as well as managing challenging members and patients.
