Job summary

A leading technology services provider is looking for a Lead Digital Product Owner to manage online experience products thoroughly. The role demands collaboration on roadmaps, agile management of product lifecycles, and addressing authentication needs. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in product management, with proficiency in various online user experience solutions. This position is onsite in Mississauga and is set to last for 12 months.

Qualifications

Job Title: Lead Digital Product Owner - Online Experience


Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)


Duration: 12 + Months


Daily Responsibilities


  • Collaborate on the technical and strategy roadmaps to implement new online capabilities and user experiences

  • Manage the product life cycle from conception through release and beyond by collaborating with developers, product management, operations, and other teams

  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks

  • Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, designs, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing the requirements and inputs of multiple stakeholders

  • Work closely with the technical development functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and gather industry and trend insights

  • Establish KPIs and OKRs that are suitable stretch goals and ensure that they can be measured and adjusted as needed


Must Have Skills


  • At least 5+ years of experience within a Product Management experience

  • previous experience working on authentication (ie. Okta, Auth0, PingFed)
