If you are a motivated and experienced product manager with a passion for developing amazing digital experiences and credit card products, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner, ideally with a background in credit card products, to lead the development and growth of our credit card offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, defining and executing product strategy, working closely with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

What will you do?
  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for product launches while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize epics and features, manage a backlog and maintain a roadmap for product launches.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders from technology, design, product and operations to design, develop, test and deliver new features and products.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and external suppliers and partners.
  • Lead and manage large cross‑functional teams across the organization, including engineering, design, marketing, product, risk and operations to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and product performance and conduct market research, customer interviews and usability testing to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure that products meet customer needs, are user‑friendly and deliver (and can report on) stated business goals and outcomes and develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and apply your deep knowledge of credit card markets and products – including loyalty and reward programs, payment processing, and risk management – to build our market advantage creating products and features.
What do you need to succeed?
Must‑Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on credit card products.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, launching and growing digital product solutions.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills and the ability to lead large cross‑functional team discussions.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience with a variety of delivery approaches, development methodologies and product development processes.
Nice to Have
  • MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or Java.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as blockchain or artificial intelligence, and their applications in the credit card industry.
