Job summary

WSP in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Digital Advisory Lead to drive transformative digital strategies across advisory engineering, planning and infrastructure. You will shape client outcomes and help these clients thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams, deep technical and commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex digital concepts into compelling value for executives and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in management, planning, GIS, engineering, computer science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in digital transformation, engineering consulting, or advisory environments.
• Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen, with experience supporting growth of digital offerings.
• Proven experience working with clients on digital initiatives, managing large multidisciplinary teams, and delivering innovative digital solutions.
• Expertise in BIM, AI, IoT, cloud platforms, digital twins, automation, PMIS, and analytics tools.
• Strong ability to lead organizational change, build alignment across functions, and empower digital teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into value for exec, technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to align digital strategy with real-world project, business outcomes, and market needs.

• Build strong client relationships and provide trusted strategic guidance on digital transformation.
• Monitor emerging technologies and advise on Future-ready digital solutions that drive sustainability and performance.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:

$122,900 – $162,800

MB & ON:

$112,100 – $154,400

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:

$104,500 – $140,700
