Job summary

You will mentor staff, contribute to quality initiatives, and help implement new practices and technologies to enhance patient care and staff development within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized Medical Diagnostic Sonography program and certification with Sonography Canada or ARDMS.
• Minimum of four years' related experience, including one year in supervision or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, workload and daily priorities.
• Provide technical guidance and perform sonography duties as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure quality standards, health and safety requirements are followed.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, reporting and operational issues.
• Support quality improvement, research and professional development initiatives.
