Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering initiatives. The role is hybrid in Toronto and focuses on AWS-based solutions, CI/CD, IaC, and secure, scalable software delivery.

You will lead teams, mentor DevOps practitioners, design enterprise platforms, and partner with engineering, security, and operations to raise the organization’s cloud maturity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud or SRE roles.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale AWS environments.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline experience and automation frameworks.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
