• 7 years of backend Java experience including 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong skills in Java Spring Spring Boot and SQL (PostgreSQL TimescaleDB).
• Familiar with Elasticsearch and Docker.
• Natural leadership, autonomy, and ownership of the product.
• Bilingual (French / English).

We are seeking a Lead Developer / Team Lead - Senior Java Developer to join ActiVia Networks Canada Inc. a STRATACACHE company based in Montreal.

Looking for something real

Our team builds and maintains the digital menu management tool used by major quick-service restaurant chains.

Our goal: every restaurant screen shows the right content at the right time and never goes black.

Youll join a small tight-knit team (56 people) where we code collaborate and solve real challenges.

As a technical lead who still loves to code (around 70% dev 30% leadership) youll guide the team shape our architecture and help keep things running smoothly for thousands of locations.

What you will do
