Job description :

We are seeking a Tech Lead, GoLang - API Development Squad (Remote) or Senior Go Developer.

Role :

As a GoLang Tech Lead or Senior Go Developer within the API Development Squad, you will play a central role in creating a new digital banking platform. Your mission is to complete a Baas Core banking solution by addressing various integration needs, serving as the team's technical guide for developing advanced solutions. The role will be conducted in English, but you must be able to communicate in both English and French.

Main responsibilities :

• Provide expertise in the GoLang programming language.
• Guide the team in designing and implementing robust, scalable APIs.
• Oversee daily activities of the API development team.
• Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other involved squads.
• Contribute actively to development and bug resolution.
• Participate in planning sprints and defining development objectives with management and architecture teams.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of API functionalities according to standards.
• Work closely with the customer to meet expectations and objectives.
• Ensure solutions comply with financial sector standards and requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimizations.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in GoLang development.
• Proven leadership experience in API development projects.
