Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years building and deploying ML/AI solutions (5+ years with PhD considered).
• Strong expertise in ML, DL, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Advanced programming with Python, PySpark, and SQL; experience with ML/DL frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on Databricks and Hadoop experience; strong data governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions spanning full lifecycle.
• Lead projects and mentor team members across cross-functional teams.
• Translate business problems into scalable data science approaches.
• Present findings to both technical and business stakeholders, guiding decisions.
