The Opportunity

As our Lead, Conversion + UX, you will own the future of Psycho Bunny's digital user experience and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you are responsible for translating deep insights into shopping psychology and data into a clear, ROI-driven development roadmap. This high-impact role requires you to balance commercial goals with brand integrity, working cross‑functionally and with external agencies to deliver innovative and highly efficient digital experiences that continuously redefine customer shopping behavior and expectations.

Your Daily Adventures

  • User Experience (UX) Guardianship: Act as the daily "guardian" of the Psycho Bunny digital experience, designing (or managing the design of) wireframes and ensuring all new functionality reflects UX best practices.
  • A/B Testing & Analysis: Establish key metric reporting and lead A/B testing initiatives to inform digital development, track progress, and communicate program performance to stakeholders.
  • Agency & Development Management: Manage relationships with external development agencies and technical partners, overseeing task prioritization and contributing to the development of technical requirements for new functionality.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Support the translation of the eCommerce vision into a Digital Development Program, and develop business cases to prioritize initiatives based on potential ROI and brand alignment.
  • Cultural Leadership: Contribute to a "Test and Learn" culture with fast iteration, and prioritize collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure a "One Team" approach.
Your Toolkit
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital user experience or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices and website design, coupled with a deep interest in online shopping behavior.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proven experience using reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 or Sigma).
  • Experience working with Apparel Retailers or Brands and familiarity with platforms like Shopify are significant assets.
  • Keen eye for detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong plus for our diverse market; Spanish is a plus.
Why Choose the Psycho Bunny Life?
  • A group RRSP/DPSP plan, which includes a very generous company match!
  • Comprehensive group Insurance coverage, including health, dental, vision.
  • Three (3) weeks of vacation, six (6) wellness days and your birthday off, on us.
  • On‑site gym and on‑site cafeteria / bistro with subsidized meals, including breakfast and lunch.
