Lead Consultant – Technical Documentation & SOPs
Location: Toronto (4 Days Per Week) | Practice Area: Insurance | Type: Contract
Lead the design and delivery of high-quality technical documentation for business-critical systems.
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Consultant to oversee the development and delivery of user-focused technical documentation across our Insurance practice. You’ll manage a team of Business Systems Analysts and Technical Writers, and be the primary liaison between our clients and the internal delivery team. You’ll set the standard for SOP maturity and ensure every engagement delivers measurable value.
