Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the residential and commercial construction sector.
• Successful estimating portfolio in residential, commercial and/or institutional projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in Heavy Bid software an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating team and manage overall budget and estimates.
• Prepare accurate bid estimates and coordinate with estimating team.
• Mentor estimators and ensure complete project scope confirmation.
