A leading global provider of financial data is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer in Toronto. This role involves designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, developing monitoring solutions, and leading a team of engineers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and over 10 years of experience, along with AWS certification. This position offers a hybrid work model requiring two days onsite in either Calgary or Toronto, with a focus on innovative cloud solutions.
The Cloud Engineering team at S&P Global is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports our business operations. The team works closely with development, testing, and product groups to understand their requirements and deliver scalable, reliable cloud solutions, along with TechOps support.
The team leverages cloud technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure DevOps, and GitHub, to enable the development and deployment of the application. They ensure the security, availability, and performance of our cloud-based systems.
Location: Calgary or Toronto (hybrid 2 days onsite)
