As a representative of the Value Office, you will be a member of the largest Project Management Office in RBC and part of a collaborative team that is a catalyst for delivering transformation initiatives, accelerating value creation, and infusing Agile ways of working that drive continuous improvement. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive culture where your contributions make an impact. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders and will be at the forefront of strategy execution with teams that deliver some of RBC’s most important initiatives.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business solutions and driving strategic initiatives. You will consolidate and analyze data, elicit and document business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop high quality innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. By leveraging industry best practices and RBC's frameworks, you will ensure alignment with business objectives while championing continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
