What is the Opportunity?

The Identity Access Management (IAM) team within Global Security (GS) is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving multiple complex enterprise and customer-related IAM initiatives. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will coordinate, develop, lead, and execute business analysis activities to ensure project objectives are met and work is completed effectively. You will analyze IAM requirements and business processes through current and future state analysis, requirements elicitation, and solutions identification, collaborating closely with IAM Engineering, Quality Engineering (QE), Strategy, and various lines of business.

What Will You Do?
  • Business Impact Assessment: Understand the business context and assess the impacts of proposed changes on people, processes, access management, security policies, and technology
  • Team Leadership: Lead BA team members in performing gap analyses between current and future states, assessing and recommending high‑value solution options, and identifying opportunities for business improvement
  • Risk Management: Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate and escalate them appropriately
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Contribute to enterprise initiatives, manage assigned deliverables, and build strong relationships across business units to ensure seamless integration of initiatives into RBC procedures and processes
  • Portfolio Support: Assist in implementing portfolio objectives by leveraging business analysis expertise and contributing to administrative program activities as required
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must‑Have:
  • Relevant college/university degree and/or post‑graduate degree in Business Analysis or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 8‑10 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders and influence key decision‑makers.
  • Experience as a team or project lead, with the ability to coach others and drive activities toward project deliverables and goals.
  • Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, with a solid understanding of SDLC fundamentals.
Nice‑to‑Have:
  • Working knowledge of IAM practices and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk)
  • Understanding of logical access controls
  • Certifications: CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Master Certificate in Business Analysis, or CISSP
