Job summary

Belron Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping/receiving, and policy compliance. This role drives safety, efficiency, and team performance within Belron Canada's service network.

You will manage a high-performing team, work on recruitment and coaching, optimize workflows, and report KPIs to enhance service levels across Belron Canada's operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in warehouse management or team leadership
• Diploma/certification in Logistics or related field; asset
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with AS400 and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within warehouse and delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory management
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of staff
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
• Optimize layouts, workflows, and processes to boost efficiency
• Prepare outbound shipment schedules and manage timesheets
• Analyze costs and KPIs, implementing cost-saving measures
• Report on performance metrics for warehouse activities
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
