Responsibilities

• Lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers and ensure safety standards.
• Ensure timely completion of all maintenance projects.
• Perform necessary paperwork and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Complete logbook entries and work orders.
• Ensure airworthiness of all aircraft maintained.
• Flexible work schedule including days, nights, and evenings.
• Assume the Coordinator's duties in their absence.

Skills

Valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1

Knowledge of MCM and paper work system

Ability to supervise a crew of maintenance employees

Confident team player with demonstrated leadership capability

Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills

Education

Completed Aircraft Engineer College Program
