Our client, a pioneer in artificial intelligence research, seeks a Lead AI Researcher to direct algorithm development in Kimberley. You will lead a team exploring ML, DL, optimization, and causal inference, publishing results and moving research toward practical use.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD with extensive publications, demonstrates leadership in research projects, and has strong Python skills with TensorFlow/PyTorch.

Formación

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience in AI research, with a significant publication record in leading venues.
• Proven experience in leading research projects and teams.
• Deep theoretical understanding of various AI and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with large‑scale data analysis and distributed computing is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and intellectual curiosity.
