Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare is seeking a visionary AI and Digital Transformation Product Lead to drive our digital ecosystem. You will design interfaces for patients and associates, creating tools that enhance customer experience, competitiveness, and operational excellence.

You’ll identify high-impact AI opportunities, integrate Generative AI, ML, and automation into workflows across supply chain and active cycle, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on AI in Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
• Experience in digital projects using agile methodologies and AI use cases.
• Proven project management and change management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and dashboards (Google Sheets/Excel, HRIS reporting, Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for AI and digital transformation initiatives, aligning with corporate goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance & Administration, and regional teams.
• Embed data privacy, ethical AI frameworks, and risk mitigation into initiatives.
• Develop rollout strategies, training programs, and feedback mechanisms for adoption.

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary AI & Digital Transformation Product Lead to drive the evolution of our digital ecosystem. In this role, you will design and develop cutting-edge digital interfaces for patients and associates while creating tools that enhance customer experience (Cx), competitiveness, and operational excellence.

You will be accountable for identifying high-impact opportunities and integrating AI—including Generative AI, machine learning, and automation—into our workflows across the supply chain and active cycle. Your work will align closely with corporate goals, ensuring innovation that delivers measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for AI and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring every step aligns with our corporate goals and drives meaningful impact.

Opportunity Identification:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance & Administration, and regional teams to uncover inefficiencies, diagnose friction points, and identify high-value opportunities where AI, automation, or digital optimization can enhance efficiency or revenue.

AI Governance & Compliance:

• Work closely with digital & IT, legal, compliance, and security teams to embed data privacy, ethical AI frameworks, and robust risk mitigation into every initiative—ensuring innovation never compromises integrity.

Change Management & Adoption:

• Develop and execute rollout strategies, training programs, and feedback mechanisms to foster smooth adoption of tools among internal teams and external users, driving engagement and long-term success.

Metrics & ROI Accountability:

• Establish, track, and report on KPIs to measure the success of AI and digital initiatives, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement in performance and outcomes.

Required Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on AI.
• Experience in digital projects (agile approach) and AI use cases.
• Proven experience in project management and change management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create dashboards (e.g., advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, HRIS reporting, or tools like Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advocate for employees.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $70,000 with opportunity for advancement.
