Qualifications

• Certified Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent non-ticketed experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in layout carpentry or surveying.
• Experience working on high-rise and commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and determine layout requirements.
• Responsible for layout and elevation requirements monitoring.
• Document and maintain 'as-builts' for submission.
