Job summary

Pagnotta Inc. is seeking an experienced Layout Carpenter to join our Western Canada operations.

You will perform precise layout of grade beams, columns, and walls, utilizing theodolite and builder’s level, and read complex construction drawings to coordinate with site supervision. The ideal candidate has proven layout carpentry experience, a solid understanding of grids, and is safety-minded, reliable, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a layout carpenter.
• Strong understanding of structural layout, benchmarks, and grid lines.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings.
