We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team of snow clearing professionals.

This is a seasonal, on call, casual position with the opportunity to transition into full time, year round employment.

Performance will be reviewed after 1 month. Reliable team members who perform well will be enrolled in our Health Care Spending Account.

Wage is dependent on experience and performance. Starting at $16/hour. OT after 10 hours/day or 50 hours/week.

Duties:

• Answering call-ins for snow shifts (day prior or day of)
• Operating snow blowers and back pack blowers
• Shoveling snow
• Ice management
• Complete routes and keep accurate records using our management software.

Requirements:

• Must be honest, reliable and hardworking.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available for early morning shifts
