The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Thomson Rogers LLP is currently seeking an intermediate Law Clerk to join its thriving Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury litigation team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated interest in personal injury litigation.

Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of medical malpractice and / or personal injury litigation experience is required
  • Experience with TORT and AB matters is considered an asset
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience with hyperlinking, bookmarking, and navigating through CaseLines
  • Ability to prioritize various tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and take initiative on files
  • Experience with Microsoft office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel), Kofax PDF, iManage, Zoom, and Soluno considered an asset
  • Law Clerk diploma is considered an asset
