The Legal department of the TD Bank Financial Group is comprised of corporate/commercial and litigation lawyers with varying areas of expertise tailored to meet the legal needs of the various business units of TD Bank Financial Group. The Account Recovery Services group within Legal Department supports the Customer Assistance Group providing dedicated mortgage enforcement services which are integral to the recovery of defaulted mortgages.
As a member of the account recovery services team, you will work in a fast-paced legal environment delivering mortgage enforcement services to our client, the Customer Assistance Group. Your duties will include:
