A leading Fintech company in Toronto is seeking a Law Clerk to join its in-house Legal Team. The ideal candidate will manage legal operations, corporate governance, and contract administration. Responsibilities include maintaining corporate records, assisting in contract administration, and supporting legal operations initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Candidates should have over 5 years of legal support experience and a diploma in relevant studies.

We are seeking a Law Clerk to join our growing in‑house Legal Team.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to be part of a small team supporting a global company. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will manage legal operations, corporate governance, and contract administration at a fast‑paced SaaS company.
You will have a wide range of responsibilities, with a focus on legal entity management, contract administration, and legal operations. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new processes, documentation, and tools to enhance efficiency while supporting the broader legal team.
The role is available to candidates currently residing and eligible to work in Ontario, Canada.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days a week minimum in the office is expected. Office location: 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON M5C 2V6
