A leading real estate firm in Mississauga is seeking a skilled Law Clerk to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions. The role involves preparing corporate documents, assisting with meetings, and responding to internal inquiries. Candidates should have a Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience in either a law firm or an in-house legal department. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.
The Law Clerk will report directly to the Associate General Counsel and will be responsible for providing general corporate, commercial, real estate and transactional legal support.
