Job summary

The position involves operating cart washers and ironers, loading trucks, and maintaining clean work areas. Mandarin or Cantonese language proficiency is required to support daily interactions and client services.

Responsibilities

• Receives and sorts soiled linen into designated classifications.
• Operates automatic cart washer and removes linen carts from exit.
• Operates flatwork ironer, small piece folders and folds linen to standards.
• Responsible for quality control and ensuring linens meet client expectations.
• Label and tag linen distribution carts and ensure proper transport.
• Fold and store linen to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist truck driver to load linen and materials.
• Inform the lead or supervisor on par level or quantity of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and maintenance of work area.
