Job summary

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to improve process efficiency and staff performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor/manager in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational results.
• Experience with safety policies and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch production activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-efficient processing.
• Lead and develop production staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with branch management and plant engineer to optimize equipment, energy use, and waste-water handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, confidentiality, and harassment-free workplace.
