Job summary

Canadian Rocket Company is building the infrastructure that gets engines firing. We’re looking for an Infrastructure Engineering Program Manager to own the technical baseline and the integrated execution of CRC’s test and launch infrastructure, from detailed design through construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in infrastructure, facilities, or industrial project delivery.
• Experience managing third-party engineering firms and ensuring scope, schedule, quality.
• Hands-on engineering with multi-discipline drawings, specs, and deliverables.
• Ownership of integrated schedule and budget across concurrent workstreams.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows and equipment commissioning.
• Startup environment experience with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical baseline: translate program requirements into engineering scope and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as primary technical interface with third-party design firms, manage scope and deliverables.
• Own the integrated program schedule and budget across design, procurement, and construction.
• Write technical specifications for major equipment and lead bid evaluations with Supply Chain.
• Lead design reviews and constructability reviews with Construction and Facilities Managers.
• Own commissioning plans and acceptance criteria, sign off before turnover to Facilities.
• Act as integration point across the infrastructure group to align all teams.
