Job summary

ATS Traffic LTD in Surrey, BC is hiring Flaggers for the 2026 season. You will direct traffic and help ensure safety on roadways, with ATS Traffic providing all necessary training and tickets to get you started.

You must be at least 18 years old. This is a safety-sensitive position with a zero tolerance policy for marijuana. We offer hands-on training, competitive wages, and opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Zero tolerance policy for marijuana in safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and ensure road safety.
• Signal vehicles when to slow, stop, and proceed.
• Complete training provided by ATS Traffic.
• Wear PPE as required and provided by ATS.

About the Positions

ATS Traffic is looking for Flaggers to join us in Surrey, BC for the 2026 season! Flaggers are responsible for directing traffic and ensuring safety on the roads. They signal vehicles when to slow down, stop, and when it's safe to proceed. ATS Traffic provides all required training and tickets to get you started!

You must be at least 18 years old.Please note that this is a safety sensitive position with a zero tolerance policy for use of marijuana, medical and recreational.

Qualifications

• Your own vehicle to get to and from work is an asset but not required.
• As this is a safety-sensitive role, all candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test.Note: All safety-sensitive positions have a zero tolerance policy marijuana, medical or recreational.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• A Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean 3 year driver's abstract is an asset but not required for the role.
• A valid TCP ticket is required
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All you need to bring is a pair of CSA Approved Safety Boots on your first day - we will provide the rest.
