We are seeking team players who are driven, results-oriented, and eager to make their mark this summer. We provide high-quality landscaping services such as hedge and shrub trimming, cedar tree planting, garden bed creation, overgrown property clearing, spring and fall cleanups, and more.

We are committed to delivering the best quality services to our local residential communities and leaving our homeowners in awe of the transformation. We offer full-time general labour positions to motivated, coachable individuals who want to join our business. We are looking to hire hardworking labourers who enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to do an incredible job.

Requirements:

• Must have your own vehicle!
• Some experience with hands-on work is preferred (no professional experience necessary). Training will be provided on landscape projects, and you will become proficient quickly!
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining high quality standards and timeliness
• Keep the work site and project organized and clean
• Maintain constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner to ensure satisfaction
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work site

Compensation:

• $25-30/hr depending on experience and responsibilities
