Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct precise measurements and collect data for engineering, construction, and mapping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land surveys and boundary determinations using modern survey instruments and GPS technology
  • Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
  • Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations
  • Interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of land features
  • Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to provide input during project planning and execution
  • Research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, and other records to obtain relevant data
  • Record survey results and present findings to clients, legal teams, or government agencies as required
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
  • Proficiency with survey equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, robotic instruments) and CAD software
  • Solid understanding of measurement techniques, mapping, and geodetic principles
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and technical skills
  • Valid Land Surveyor license or certification (as per local/regional requirements)
