Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Land Administrator to join our Ontario team.

You will support the acquisition and administration of land rights and rights-of-way, manage land records, agreements, payments, databases, and financial processes to enable critical infrastructure projects and customer growth initiatives. Internal candidates and a hybrid work model are supported; a degree or equivalent is required, with 5+ years of land administration experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or professional land certification related to land administration.
• 5+ years of land administration experience for a senior level candidate.
• Ability to interpret title plans, title documents, agreements, and land ownership records.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve land management systems such as geoAMPS through testing, troubleshooting, reporting and training.
• Manage payments for leases, easements, permits, licenses and agreements with financial controls in place.
• Maintain accuracy of land records, rights-of-way docs, permits and agreements with filing systems.
• Perform financial activities including invoicing, monthly reconciliations, variance analysis and budget support.
• Conduct title searches and land ownership investigations to support planners, legal teams and land acquisition.
• Support operations via workload intake management, vendor setup, SharePoint administration and regulatory notice management.
