Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and integrate land, lease, title, deed, mineral, and royalty data into internal databases, GIS, and land systems.
• Lead and/or support data analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation across cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex business needs into analytical requirements, process documentation, and actionable insights.
• Support data mapping, reporting, KPI development, and data quality initiatives across systems and workflows.
• Partner with business, IT, and vendor teams to drive alignment, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
